CS Medgidia învinge CSU Galați în deplasare, scor 37-31

Echipa de handbal CS Medgidia a obținut astăzi o victorie importantă în deplasare, în fața echipei CSU Galați, cu scorul de 37-31. Partida a fost dominată de handbaliștii de la Medgidia, care au menținut controlul jocului de la început până la final.

La pauză, echipa antrenată a condus cu 19-15, demonstrându-și astfel superioritatea în teren. În partea a doua a meciului, jucătorii de la Medgidia au continuat să presioneze și au reușit să își mențină avantajul, încheind jocul cu un rezultat confortabil. Această victorie reprezintă un pas important pentru CS Medgidia în competițiile viitoare.

UNC football GM Michael Lombardi placed on paid administrative leave - WRAL

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has placed Michael Lombardi, general manager for the UNC football program, on paid administrative leave "effective immediately." On3 reported the leave announcement stemmed from an unspecified HR complaint. When asked about why Lombardi was placed on leave, UNC's vice chancellor Dean Stoyer did not share the reason but released the following statement: "As is standard procedure with personnel matters, leadership, staff, and student-athletes are prohibited from addressing this topic further, and has no reflection on the merits."
