Miley Cyrus a sărbătorit a 20-a aniversare a Hannah Montana cu un special pe Disney+, dar nu toți colegii săi de platou s-au întors, iar Emily Osment a comentat despre absența ei. Potrivit deadline.com, Osment, care a interpretat-o pe cea mai bună prietenă a lui Miley Stewart în serialul de pe Disney Channel, nu a participat nici la premiera specialului și a recurs la rețelele sociale pentru a explica motivul absenței sale de la festivități.

„Hannah Montana mi-a schimbat viața, mi-a oferit un respect pe termen lung pentru acest mediu al comediei, mi-a învățat disciplina, răbdarea, sincronizarea și respectul de a lucra într-un spațiu destinat adulților atât de tânără,” a spus Osment pe Instagram, inclusiv un videoclip în care era pe platourile de filmare ale sitcomului său de la CBS, Georgia & Mandy’s First Marriage, alături de co-starul său Montana Jordan.
