Romano a explicat în videoclipul postat pe Instagram că a decis să se testeze pentru cancer deoarece aceasta este o afecțiune care există în familia ei, ambii părinți având cancer. Ea a adăugat: “Mama mea a învins boala. Tata meu, din păcate, nu a reușit. Bunica din partea mamei a avut cancer la plămâni și a murit din cauza acestei afecțiuni.”
